At Sitesloth, we are committed to delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and earning referrals through exceptional service.
We provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods and services. As such, once a contract is signed and the product is delivered or the service is rendered, refunds are not issued. Payments are non-refundable, even if a project is canceled or postponed, as per the terms of our contract.
All web development projects require a signed contract before work begins. This contract clearly outlines the agreed-upon deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Both parties must adhere to the terms, and any changes to the project scope will necessitate a signed addendum to reflect the new agreement.
A deposit is required to initiate work on any project. The deposit amount, milestones, and final payment terms are specified in the contract. Given that a signed contract reserves time in our schedule and may preclude other opportunities, all payments are non-refundable.
Timely delivery of the project depends on the prompt provision of required images and content by the client. Upon delivery of the code, we expect the client to review and test the website, providing feedback in a timely manner.
All software we develop is custom-coded, and while we strive for perfection, bugs may occasionally occur. These issues will be addressed and corrected promptly, but they do not entitle the client to a refund.
We maintain a positive and professional working environment and expect the same from our clients. Clear communication is essential for resolving any issues, including bug fixes related to the functionality defined in the project scope and contract.
It is important to note that changes to the project scope during development do not imply a failure to meet project requirements unless mutually agreed upon. Any additional work or modifications will require an addendum and may incur additional cost.
